Program Coordinator
FLSA Status: Exempt
Wage: Starting at $50,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Summary: To oversee the day-to-day provision of services to residents on a 24-hour basis and to provide supervision of the staff assigned to work directly with the residents. Serve as first point of contact for residents and staff for maintenance and facilities issues.
Accountability Reports to Assistant Program Director. Supervises Children’s Advocates, Advocates, Overnight Advocates, Floating Advocate, and On-Call Advocates.
Education and Skills: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, social sciences or related field or related field is preferred and three years of more of successful work experience in domestic violence, emergency shelter program or related field. Supervisory experience required.
Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated supervisory skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of people or groups. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Facilities Assistant
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Hours: 30 hours/week
Wage: $20.00 an hour
Summary: To oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of the shelter buildings and grounds.
Accountability: Reports to Facilities Coordinator. Supervises Volunteers in area of expertise.
Knowledge and Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple job duties. Knowledge of domestic violence is helpful. Ability to stand, climb stairs and step stools, walk, move quickly, bend, and stoop for long periods of time. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Education and Work Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 2 years’ experience in building maintenance is desired.

Facilities Support Specialist
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Wage: $20.00/hour
Summary: To participate in efficiently operating and maintaining the shelter buildings and units.
Accountability: Reports to the Facilities Coordinator. Supervises volunteers in area of expertise.
Knowledge and Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple job duties. Knowledge of domestic violence. Ability to stand, climb stairs and step stools, walk, run, bend, and stoop for long periods. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Must have current driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance.
Education and Work Experience: High school equivalent is required. At least two years experience in building maintenance and food/supply purchase desired.
