Please join us here Monday, July 27th through Sunday, August 2nd. Friendship Home, Alpha Media, StarTran are partnering again for the 21st Annual Stuff the Bus starting July 27th. Stuff the Bus will be a virtual experience for 2020. Due to COVID-19 and for the safety of our community volunteers, supporters and Friendship Home staff we are taking our event ONLINE. Please help us reach our goal of $50,000.

Although the feel may be different this year, the need has not changed for essential items to help the over 1,500 women and children that Friendship Home serves annually. Since many of these families enter through Friendship Home’s shelter doors, with no more than the clothes on their backs, Stuff the Bus is critical to support their needs.

With your monetary donation, our goal is to fill our “virtual” StarTran bus with the everyday items needed to keep Friendship Home’s shelters filled with supplies, as well as bring awareness to domestic violence in our community. How can you help? Your donation towards items to place on our “virtual” StarTran bus will provide nutritious meals, personal care items, health supplies and a welcoming space for victims of domestic violence to rebuild their lives.

For some, home is the most dangerous place on earth, and we need your support now more than ever. Thank you for making a difference in our community and for helping in empowering freedom from domestic violence.

Please share this opportunity to make a difference with your friends and family and check back to see results throughout the week of July 27. The StarTran bus will virtually “fill up” as we receive donations showing our progress.
